Counseling - Laura Bell I believe that everyone goes though difficult and challenging times at some point in their lives. Finding the courage to begin therapy can be the first step to becoming empowered to make healthy changes. We can all benefit from some support along the way. The atmosphere in my office is relaxed and warm. I work with people in a supportive, non-judgmental and caring way that builds their strengths and resources, and also challenges them in a manner that allows for change. Compassion, understanding, and a sense of humor are important to me and I incorporate these qualities into all of my work. I consider therapy a partnership in service to the growth and well-being of my clients.I primarily work with adults and older adolescents dealing with depression, life transitions, teen growth, relationship issues, anxiety, and feeling "stuck" in their lives. I meet with individuals, couples, and families. It is a privilege to work with people who are seeking positive changes in their lives.
